We are not responsible for any damages that are incurred during the repair process. Our warranty covers items which are defective or non functional. Any damages that occur during the repair process to our part or the device will not covered under our warranty. Tech911 Solutions will not be held liable for any damages done to the device and will not warranty/reimburse you for the item in question. If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Then bring it back within 15 days of the date of purchase and we’ll exchange it. It’s that simple.
Note: Returns must be exchanged for the same product or repaired.
We reserve the right to reject the return of an item if it is:
-Beyond the 15-day return period.
-Missing a completed Return Merchandise form (see below).
-Missing the warranty sticker or company stamp (items without our warranty sticker or company stamp will be returned to you with your next order).
To return a defective item:
-Log in to your account.
– Select “My Returns” on the left side of the page. This will bring up our Return Merchandise (RMA) form. Please give us as much detail as possible when filling it out.
–Ship the item back to our warehouse for exchange. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Please allow 10 to 15 days for the processing of your return.
Note: We do not cover the return shipping costs for any items that are sent back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping.
-Replacement items will be shipped with your next order. If you would like the item sooner, please contact us to arrange for shipment as charges will apply.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept the return of products for any reason other than the product being defective.
